Une licence en Psychologie (sciences sociales et du travail) en main, Pierre Delroisse s'expatrie à Londres durant un an et s'initie à la gestion commerciale dans une société d'édition anglaise.

De retour en Belgique, il crée une Centrale d'Achat pour les professions libérales (avocats) en collaboration étroite avec le Barreau de Bruxelles.

Il s'oriente ensuite vers l'édition fiscale en rejoignant le sémillant journaliste Axel Neefs.
Il se spécialise depuis dans la création et la coordination d'ouvrages comptables (Codes) et, plus récemment, dans le développement d'un logiciel comptable exclusivement tourné vers les obligations déclaratives électroniques.

Il est également en charge, depuis 2008, du Guide des Ministères et de l'organisation de ses mises à jour.

Diplômé de l'Institut d'Administration et de Gestion de l'UCL, Axel Neefs est spécialiste dans la conception et le développement d'ouvrages informatiques, de bases de données et du logiciel Corporate Desk.

Founder, general manager and shareholder (50 %) of Corporate Group, a publishing company active in the conception and distribution of books (tax, law, economics), software (liabilities outside financial statements : VAT, e-Gov, taxes, etc.) and marketing campaigns towards accountants and financial auditors.
